- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, processing time may take an extra 1–2 days.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Local/Within City: 1–3 business days
- Within State: 2–5 business days
- Across India: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, location, and courier rates.
- Final charges will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
- You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.
5. Packaging & Handling
We take great care in packaging:
- Food items (Dates, Nuts, Dry Fruits, Chocolates) are packed in sealed and hygienic packages.
- Fragile items (Perfumes, Electronics, Watches) are protected with bubble wrap and thick boxes.
- Heat-sensitive items (Chocolates) may use insulated packaging during hot weather.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery two times.
If the customer is unavailable:
- The order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Wrong pincode
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability

8. Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipments
If your order:
- Is delayed significantly
- Arrives damaged
- Is marked as lost by the courier
Please contact us immediately. We will assist with replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.
9. International Shipping
If enabled:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are not included in product prices.
- These charges must be paid by the customer.
- Customs delays may extend delivery timelines.
