1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, processing time may take an extra 1–2 days.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Local/Within City: 1–3 business days
  • Within State: 2–5 business days
  • Across India: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping (if applicable): 7–21 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, location, and courier rates.
  • Final charges will be shown at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or above a certain order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.

5. Packaging & Handling

We take great care in packaging:

  • Food items (Dates, Nuts, Dry Fruits, Chocolates) are packed in sealed and hygienic packages.
  • Fragile items (Perfumes, Electronics, Watches) are protected with bubble wrap and thick boxes.
  • Heat-sensitive items (Chocolates) may use insulated packaging during hot weather.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery two times.
If the customer is unavailable:

  • The order may be marked as undeliverable and returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Wrong pincode
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Customer unavailability

Please double-check your details before placing the order.


8. Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

If your order:

  • Is delayed significantly
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is marked as lost by the courier

Please contact us immediately. We will assist with replacement or refund based on our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

If enabled:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are not included in product prices.
  • These charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Customs delays may extend delivery timelines.
